July 2014

I absolutely love summer, even if it is so busy! Besides celebrating the 4th of July, Elsie turning 4, celebrating Elsie and Vada Belle's birthday with a Frozen themed party, and celebrating a decade of marriage with my love, we also spent lots of time playing outside, celebrating birthday's, going to several different Bible Schools (including a week at our church), and taking one last trip to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge before school started back.
A few random pictures from the month:
Our theme at VBS this year was a western theme, and our kids loved dressing the part!
After commencement, we had a cookout, a wagon ride, and a bounce house for the kids to enjoy. The wagon ride was a favorite, for sure!
The last weekend of July I decided to use our Dollywood passes and take the kids on a quick little trip. Eric wasn't able to go because of work, and I saw where Ripley's Aquarium had tickets for $10, so I decided to go to the aquarium, get a hotel room, and then go to Dollywood the next day. Tiffany also brought her girls, and my mom and dad came down, too. It was mine and the kids first trip to the aquarium, and we all really enjoyed it!
